(More customer reviews)When I realized that the crib would not fit in my space, I tried to cancel the order a few hours after I had placed it.Even though they did not intend to ship it for several days, they refused to allow me to cancel.They insisted that they were sending the product and there was nothing I could do about it.Reaching them by phone was very difficult.They did not return calls.They took a couple weeks to authorize my return, threatening that if the return was not authorized, I would have to pay for the merchandise.I had to return this at my expense ($118) when they could have easily not sent it in the first place.I will never do business with them again.This is the only bad company I have ever encountered through Amazon.
